Here is Mardando’s story including a photo of the three of us:
On January 11, 2024, we asked for feeding advice for our 7-year-old KWPN gelding.
The reason for this feeding advice was that our gelding built up so much tension so quickly that he regularly exploded while riding; literally anything could cause an explosion. He could also be dangerous when he found things exciting. When he was stressed there was no way to communicate with him. In a blind panic he made his own plan, both in hand and under saddle, which has caused several injuries to people and horses.
We had already tried so many different supplements that are supposed to help with relaxation (and spent no less than three years looking for something that works for our gelding). No matter what we gave him, it helped minimally to not at all.
We contacted Goldmedics and received clear feed and supplement advice from Georges (including an explanation of why what we first gave did not work). Communication with him was always very fast, we often received a response to our emails the same day.
It has now been two months since we received the advice and switched to it, with great results!
Our gelding can still build up tension, but never actually explodes again. If there is tension, he remains open for communication, which can prevent dangerous situations. We finally have the horse we thought we bought! This has really been the solution for us.
